Very disappointed with this bat. After less than 6 months of use, this bat has several dents on the barrel. Used for spring season and regular visits to the cage. Tried to work with the seller but was told I had to take it up with the manufacturer. Great customer service....Not. DeMarini used to be a premier bat manufacturer. Not so much today it seems ------ I wanted to add an update. I reached out to DeMarini about a warranty replacement. They had me answer a few questions, upload the receipt from Amazon, and upload a photo of the damage. Within a few minutes (AI in action) I was provided with a return shipping label. Within a few days of shipping, they received the bat, inspected the damage, and agreed to ship me a new replacement bat. This is very good customer service from a manufacturer. Stay tuned.
