This cushion fits the seat in my car well, easy to install, stays in place using the attached strap. My wife uses it and it makes the car seat far more comfortable. Prior to getting this cushion, she experienced hip pain, this cushion helped a lot.

Opening the package was quite a challenge. The cushion was really wedged in there and I totally ruined the carrying case it was in, but I don't plan on carrying it anywhere, so it didn't really matter to me. The cushion was compressed but it only took a minute or two to inflate. It is slightly bigger than my car seat but not so much that it interferes with my driving and the added bonus it that it makes me sit higher so I can see better. It is like 2 inches thick and doesn't squish down at all. It relieved the pain in my rear and driving is comfortable again. One thing to mention is that I weigh about 105 pounds, but I honestly doubt that a heavier person could possibly compress it. I highly recommend this productl ... show more

I recently drove over 2040 miles to Florida. The reason was to make Major back surgery there. I bought this hoping it would help support my lower back better. I was so impressed! It made a world of difference! It is a top quality memory foam. I was not constantly needing to shift myself up in my seat and it really helped with driver fatigue! Never would have survived the trip without this! I averaged 500 to 650 miles a day and was not in pain like I normally would be at the end of the day.     • A little thin...
I had hoped for a thicker pad, but I like that it will strap to the seat of my bus and not move whenever I move in or out of the seat. After several months of use, however, I find that it is not as firm as before and it feels like it's wearing out faster than I'd hoped.
