I was so excited to upgrade from my 12x12 heat press to this 15x15 heat press. As I went to plug in the press to use for the first time, it didn't work. I then tried SEVERAL different plugs. Guess what? It still wouldn't work. I am returning this press and waiting for another to be shipped to replace it. We will see if this one works. ... show more

Item NOT as advertised. Based on the box and the packaging and the instructions there should be the mug press, the hat, and a 8” and 10” plate attachment. None of those are there. The foam packing has the space for them as well.

15x15 presser cause it kept tilting over which is very dangerous if it's hot as the temperature you desire ...not safe
