The laptop has the product key in the device for Windows 11 Home, as described. However, the laptop has Windows 11 Pro installed, meaning I must pay 200 for the product key, or I cannot fully use my laptop. A crippling and costly error.

I admit, this isn't a cheap laptop so I will review it based on comparison to my last laptop purchase [Eluktronics Max 17 with 64 GB of ram, 2 TB of SSD drive and a 10th Gen Intel]. So far, I am really impressed with the extra storage [two 2 TB SSD, not one 4 TB], and the processor, my first AMD laptop ever is really, really impressive. It is much quieter than my Eluktronics and is much faster for my requirements [large data needs of big data software. Tons of CPU crunching and tons of disk I/O]. It is a 'bit' heavier but there is a semi positive here. Think how your significant other will marvel at your increased muscles after a while of toting this around. Screen is OK, nothing to either complain or brag about. As a mostly business user [extreme business - think big SQL databases tied to OLAP...], it meets my required goals. Twin 2 TB SSD drives are the best way of splitting disk I/O. Still not a flashy laptop, you can feel comfortable bringing this into the board meeting with a direct to screen display of your technical awesomeness while quietly bringing home to some gaming fun. I always felt a bit awkward with my old MSI with glowing back and flashing keyboards while trying to show things to a group of business users. The rest of IT understood but accounting,... Its big, heavy, kind of awkward [barely fits in my really nice laptop bag] but worthy of a look. Great laptop for those who wants the best of both worlds. If you want a flashy laptop, look someplace else. If you want a workhorse with some gaming at the end of workday fun, this is your future laptop. Update with total nerd pictures. This laptop tests around 16-20% faster than my one year old Eluktronics. It is faster, can spread the Disk I/O further [I have other tests as well]. Battery life isn't what my older Eluktronics is, around 3/4 the battery life. To be expected again, it is nearly a desktop masking as a laptop. Well, as close as you can get without spending a ton of money - my desktop will still score about 27% faster. Still stands. Amazing laptop, really fast, can spread disk I/O around, was my first AMD Laptop processor [desktop is an AMD Ryzen 9 3700 with 128 GB of ram]. This is a great, laptop. Not quite as much battery life as my older laptop, much heavier, but still a perfect laptop for someone looking for raw power in the least amount of cost that could play games in the off hours and still be at home in the business meetings. ... show more

The touchpad on this model cuts out a lot because its defective. So, be careful buying refurbished. Everything else is pretty good on this laptop. But the touchpad issue get annoying after a lot of use cuz its random and starts working again randomally.

Looked pristine, well outfitted and had 64 gig of ram which when I registered the laptop it came with an original 16 gig of ram. Stays pretty cool under heavy gaming usage and has plenty of tools to control the noise intensity. Liking Lenovo more and more as I now have two of their products.
