I bought this product to add some vinyl strapping to 4 of my patio chairs. It did not have any instruction with but YouTube had a great instructional video to walk me thru the process. The trick is to put it in boiling water for 4-5 minutes and it stretches fairly easy. Just make sure you cut the length by 10% shorter than the measurement, that is what the boiling water is for. Fixed 2 (1995) chairs. Very sturdy and worked out great. My husband had to drill different holes because of the spring action of chair and different hole shape. You will need some strength to do this repair as tubing gets less pliable when it cools. Handyman should have no problem.
