Although these towel racks are smaller than expected, I am still pleased with the quality as it appears to be good quality. I believe these are supposed to be matte black but they look more like a dark charcoal. I wish they were a little bit wider because that way you could fit more towels and such on the rack and there would be more space in between each towel. I will probably use every other hug just to make sure that I am giving the towels enough space so that they can dry properly. Assembly was easy and straight to the point I did not need directions as it was pretty straight to the point. Seems like a pretty decent product and not sure if I would buy it again because It is just really small. ... show more

These do work well for giving us an organized place to store the towels. Love everything about it but one small part of the assembly. The sides only clip in and when I went to hang it, one fell off. I had to put it back on and try ensuring it was clipped on good but came loose again when I went to hang it. Now once up, as the weight pulls down, it will not come loose. So make note when you hang it, hold both arms instead of the towel section as the arms may come off while trying to reach it onto the door. ... show more
