I was looking for an ammonium lactate cream in a tube, and this fit the bill, plus being very affordable. As other reviewers note, though, when they say unscented, they mean it -- no scents to cover up the odor, which is somewhat like mold. I don't know whether it's a matter of the suspension method or what, but it doesn't seem to work as well as the ammonium lactate lotions I've used, even though the percentage of active ingredient is similar. Follow-up: I've developed three cracks in my heel this week. While once in a while I'd get a heel crack here and there using ammonium lactate lotion, that was usually in very cold weather. I'm going to stop using this and switch to a lotion again. ... show more
