Read Coway owner manual for filter maintenance replacement schedule. Slightly expensive but the filter is like the original when air purifier purchased. Works well in removing tobacco and kitchen cooking smoke and smell quickly. Easy to install.

I’ve been using these refill filters for a few years now and they work fine. After 6 months, I’d replace the charcoal filter and once a year I would replace the HEPA filter. I have environmental allergies that causes sneezing and runny nose so I mostly use my air purifier during Pollen season and when heavy cooking to purify the air in the house. Perfect identical fit for the HEPA and the black filter in my Coway Omega. I have no way to check if the HEPA works as well as factory but I am gonna just assume that it is legit. It removes cooking odors from the air just as well as the original. Good to Go!
