Long story short: my wife didn’t like the style of the ring, I contacted the vendor to replace it with an item of equal value - they said they could help me with that. We played phone tag a little bit, my fault because I was in work meetings when they called, but when I finally talked to them, they transferred me to a guy, I believe he said his name was Nick. Nick said he’d figure it out and would get back to me but right now he and his coworkers were going to lunch so he’d have to talk to me later. That was a month ago. I couldn’t return the ring for a refund because I reproposed to my wife after the refund policy was up and that’s obviously fine - but the problem is that for $5 grand I expect better customer service. ... show more

This ring will blow your mind away, it does looks like a 15 thousand dollars ring..
