In case you weren't aware, moissanite was initially discovered as a part of a meteorite in the late 1800s. It took about a century before man was able to make it in a lab. All moissanite made into jewelry is lab grown. It is made of silicone dioxide and is almost as hard as a diamond. It is also more brilliant than a diamond. It is becoming more popular choice as many people feel mining for diamonds isn't good for the earth. I got this ring because I have to get my engagement ring repaired and I don't want to wear it on vacation once I get it repaired. This ring looks beautiful. I'm a size 8 and this fits perfectly. I don't think the gaps detract from its beauty. I have a ring that is a family heirloom made during WW2 with similar gaps. That ring definitely doesn't look cheap with its gaps. This ring may be a bit over the top and may be too big for me to wear on vacation. The "florette" is almost as tall as it is wide. I am still going to wear it on vacation. I'm happy with this ring.

Stunning. This is a beautiful ring that my wife fell in love with the moment she saw it, though to be honest the real star here is the presentation. JIEKAYUAN really put a lot of effort into it, presenting their jewelry in a well made, sturdy box that will last for years, packaged in a really nice gift bag along with the GRA certificate and a few thoughtful accessories. You could give this thing as a gift without even wrapping it, and the presentation only elevates an already stunning piece of jewelry.

This is a beautiful ring. The side swirls make the center stone look larger than it is. To be fair though, the side stones are too tiny to spark themselves. I really like that the band is wide enough to create enough friction to keep the ring from spinning on my finger. I wish the side stones were larger but it is a lovely ring.

This ring is pretty from afar but the craftsmanship is sloppy. Each side of the mounting has what looks like channels but instead of setting the stones like a channel setting each stone is set in prongs and then soldered into the channel. This looks awkward and because the stones are so small it looks like a lot of metal and any imperfections are glaringly evident. Some of the stones are set crookedly and at different heights and the straight lines of the channels makes it that much more obvious. I tested the center moissanite and it tested positively. I did not test the smaller stones. Overall, I think it is a pretty ring but I think it is overpriced considering the craftsmanship.

I finally got to wear my new ring. It is even more impressive in person than in pictures. It came beautifully presented in an elegant box, looking very upscale. The stone just glistens and shines from every angle. The only negative thing I can think of is that the setting is up rather high off my hand. I tuck my hands in my pockets a lot and I found myself fighting my pocket several times that night. This ring makes a great engagement ring, cocktail ring, or anniversary gift. I ordered a size 7 and it fit as expected. I would order again.
