My husband has really wide feet and I was having trouble finding she’s wider than those in the local shoe shops. I found these, they are wide, light, soft and comfortable, yet supports his foot in all the right places. These are his shoes for when we dress nice for going places, eating out, functions, etc. he wore these shoes on our vacation and we did a lot of walking and he said his feet did not hurt and he was able to walk more than usual. I am looking at more styles from this brand for everyday use. I highly recommend you read up on this brand, especially if you have diabetes and arch support problems. Low profile (height wise) allows for better balance; soft cushiony, supportive insole (with extra smooth type insoles included), cool comfortable "spandex-like" flexibility adapts and kinda massages feet as you walk without pain caused by restrictive issues, the soles are a good tough regular shoe sole so great for outdoors and durable; AMAZINGLY this WONDERFUL company thought about us big guys with a perfect fit and Large Size/Width (17-5E "US")! [Normally wear 16-6E "US" in Newbalance shoes [I ordered 1 size up- perfect fit!], elastic shoestring are a truly marvelous feature with the stretch material (comes with extra set of strings), they look very nice and are very well crafted! I have a damaged foot, severely swollen ankle; these shoes feel like they are God's mercy sent straight to me! I will continue to buy these as long as they sell em'! I definately recommend these! My husband feet are so happy! He got these yesterday. He was doubtful, His feet have been hurting for years. He’s seen a doctor. Did the inserts. He’s seeing them again. He has gone through tons of different shoes (Adidas, Nike, Clark’s etc.),shoes that start comfy but within 30min he is changing them. Not these!!! Finally to see the relief on his face..He was able to be on his feet doing his BBQ, running around the kitchen, hanging with the kids without changing his shoes!! What a game changer!! He was so happy that finally he has shoes that looks good and are comfortable for his feet. The relief I saw! I had to keep asking how they felt..lol They seem durable, but we just got yesterday. I like the looks, construction, and the added perks like real shoelaces. I purchased them because my feet swell up due to heart issues and I wanted an extra wide shoe, these shoes are listed as being extra wide but are no wider than my regular wide shoes and become tight as my feet swell. If you need an extra wide shoe maybe you should consider something else ... show more
