These were much cheaper and almost identical to the ones I picked up from the pharmacy. The only difference was these are individually wrapped which is kind of nice because you can open them as you need them instead of opening a bag and having the rest loose. When you open the box there's just a hundred of them in their own individual wrapper sort of like when you get a set of plastic silverware from a restaurant. They work well and they are good quality. They're the same size as normal, and just as easy to use. They are comfortable to me, with minimal pain. I use these usually on two bottles, they can get a little dull going through two bottles, if I use three bottles then I will use a separate syringe for the injection. I specifically went with a larger gauge because I used two bottles usually and the gauges smaller than this we're getting two dull and hurting too much after that, these ones are better. I might actually try one size larger next time because it should be able to keep a better point on the syringe after drawing from two bottles. ... show more

DONT buy these they seem like they are used not sharp and kill you use them . Comfort on these are rated 0. They are the waste I’ve ever had to use as a diabetic I’ve had to use daily and never had any as bad as these.
