False advertising. Horrible customer service. DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES. They say this bike has more power than it does. They say it goes 30+mph and it barely goes over 20mph. They say it goes 50-75 miles on a single charge. Thats BS. Battery starts to die after only 4 miles or so if you actually use the power. And you have to use high power because any other power mode is slower than having no power at all. Then they say "warranty on all parts". They did answer my emails at first. Then when i told them i needed a new rear shock due to the first one being extremely loud and squeaky. And they said they were sending it. 2 months later never got it. Then they stopped answering my emails at all. I have been sending them emails now for almost 6 months and no answer. Its like theyre trying to wait until the warranty is void. Theyre a big scam company apparently. No customer service at all. Just know youre on youre own and will have to figure everything out on your own. Because they dont even answer emails. Let alone honor their supposed "warranty". Easy to offer a warranty if you dont answer emails and have no phone number... I held out writing a bad review because i was hoping they were going to get back to me. I tried contacting them through amazon, through their own emails, and even in facebook groups ran by happyrun. Just another poor quality bike, crappy company, horrible customer service [or none at all], and false advertising. Almost everything they say about the bike is false. Doesnt go as far or as fast as they say. Also the warranty apparently doesnt mean anything because they dont reply when you actually have a problem. They will respond until you actually have an issue and need a part. They told me they were sending it. Then never did. 6 months later. And they stopped answering my emails as well. SCAM!!!!!

I bought a HappyRun e-bike and honestly, it’s been great. The ride is smooth, the build feels solid, and it’s got plenty of power for what I need. But what really impressed me was the customer service. I ran into a small issue and reached out—they got back to me super fast and sent me every part I needed, no hassle at all. They were helpful the whole way through, which made the whole experience way better. You don’t always get that kind of support these days. Definitely recommend this bike—and the company behind it.

Will definitely recommend and for the customer service they are amazing, to every question to every response very fast and respectful! Everywhere I go, people compliment its sleek and sturdy look and ask where I got it. I've been riding this bike for a month now and have already clocked almost 200 miles without any issues. It offers three riding modes—pure electric, pedal-assist, and normal biking—making it super versatile for different situations. Whether I’m commuting through the city or exploring off-road trails, this bike handles it all. The dual shock absorption system makes sure every ride is smooth, even on rough terrain.
