I was disappointed with this purchase, not because the necklace was bad looking, but I could tell it wasn't gold filled as the listing stated. First, it was magnetic, second, the color was a pinch too orange. It's not a bad looking piece, but i would not expect the longevity to be there. I purchased this chain initially I thought the same thing it was study and a great deal. However, the 1st day it broke, I did an exchanged but not before reading the reviews lots of great reviews but many also that had my same problem. Lots or reviews that ir breaks. I get my exchange and a few days later it breaks on two places. I think a lot of these good review is from when they received the chain because it feels sturdy. I think it is just built poorly and the chains eventually will break from little pull or tug from a shirt. I also believe most people do not come back to update their post after made. I honestly can say that I initially thought it was a great deal but now very disappointed I wasted money on two of them for it to be at the bottom of my drawer thrown there. It may not be a lot of money but with the economy every dime counts when you are not rich trying to just make bills every month. ... show more
