We were very pleased with this purchase. It arrived attractively packaged and in good condition, along with a card giving buyers the customer service email address in case there was a problem. I washed and dried them right away and was a bit alarmed when I saw a couple of loose threads on them, but it turned out to be nothing more than untrimmed threads. There was no unraveling of the hems. They are much thicker than I had expected, but not excessively so as some washcloths are. We like the texture very much. I expect we will be ordering another set of the washcloths and a set of the bath towels soon. Yes, as some have mentioned, there is a lot of dryer lint the first few washes, which is perfectly normal. Unlike some washcloths and towels that come out of their first washing and drying half as hefty as they went in, these washcloths were just as thick as before washing.
