The hair came packaged nicely and that was a plus. I ended up sending it back bc it is not black. It is more of a mix of # 2 and 4 color hair when the light hits it. It also had a strong smell. Other than that the hair was soft and priced reasonable.

Let me start by saying this hair is silky soft and beautiful!, The color and highlights are salon grade, but since each wig colored not every wig is identical, you may need to order and return a few to get your perfect shade. I like natural brown tones with ash to beige blonde highlights. First wig was perfect, but decided I wanted it longer so I ordered another. Second wig was still beautiful but had deep red tones (not my color). I wrote the seller and they sent me a 3rd wig from the factory that was the perfect color and length. This wig was very soft when I took it out of the package and has a mild odor to it. The hair appeared to be jet black. The knots were very small which is a great thing. I did noticed when I washed the hair that there was a dye in the hair. I washed it several times and the dye kept running out of the wig. The hair curled and held curls well.
