Took awhile to find the correct one for my microwave, there are numerous to select from. In comparison, the old original carousel plate, was significantly heavier. But there is quite a difference in price. To get a replacement from GE was $ 79.00, this was $ 27.00. Very pleased with this purchase.

You know that time you’re cleaning the turntable in the microwave and it slips and cracks into three pieces on the floor? I do. @#$&! There was probably several of those. So what do you do what stuff like that happens, you make yourself and adult beverage and grab your phone to do research on Amazon. Oh great, the Samsung ones are bigger than the typical ones. Yeah, think mine measured in a 14 inches. I had another microwave in the house and thought I’d be clever and pull that one temporarily. Nope, didn’t work. So I ordered this. The prices on all the options were higher than I wanted to pay but I believe this hit a combination of low(er) price and better reviews. Ordered it. Pulled it out of the box. Slipped it into the microwave, and I was good to go. And living without this if you use your microwave a lot is a pain. Yes, it’s more than you want to pay. Why did the original have to slip.
