For neat ends, it is key to tape this before cutting. Then add some heat shrink tubing to really help prevent fraying. You may still want to singe the ends with a lighter. This worked well for a long wire antenna project to anchor pulleys in trees and to suspend the antenna wire when combined with bungee cord as a shock absorber. ... show more
