I love this ribbon! It is not sheer and the colors are very vibrant. It is thick and not too flimsy. You get plenty of ribbon too for the money. I just wish that the ribbon was not so loose from the center styrofoam middle that the ribbon is wrapped around. I think it would be better if the ribbon was wrapped around those cardboard holders like the average ribbon is wrapped around and it would not come so loose. I simply secure the ribbon after cutting some with a rubber band. I am glad that I bought this ribbon though, because it is very vibrant and you get a lot!

Review for 100 yards 3/8 inch Christmas Ribbon. Included in the [package are 4 rolls of ribbon. In 4 colors. Red Satin, Green Satin, Silver Glitter and Gold Glitter. Each roll should have about 25 yards of ribbon on it. I did not measure exactly how many yards are on each spool. I am not sure what I expected when I order this Christmas ribbon. The description states that the red and green ribbon are satin. And the gold and silver are glitter ribbon. That is pretty self-explanatory. The description also states that this ribbon is for Gift wrapping. So I wasn’t expecting too much. But I was pleasantly surprised. I doubt I will be using this ribbon for wrapping gifts because it is just too nice. I will be using the ribbon for craft and sewing projects. One thing I really like about the ribbon is that the ends did not fray when I cut it. I made some bows and the ends of the ribbon still looked good when I was done, so I didn’t need to use fray check or anything else on them. The glitter Ribbon is soft, and all of the ribbon colors were easy to work with There is not anything I did not like. And the value for the money is good.

The ribbon is really nice. It ties beautiful bows, and it doesn't fray, so you can cut nice double points on the ends. My problem with it is that it each color comes rolled on a Styrofoam disc, with no edging to keep it in place, so it's very likely to slip off and just be a mess. Taping the end down before I cut it seems to keep it from doing that, so it's been okay so far. It's definitely a great value.

I’m generally picky about the ribbon I purchase and don’t usually buy it online as I like to see it in person. This set comes with two metallic ribbons and two single-faced satin ribbons that are a great deal for the price. I prefer double-faced satin, but this option will still look good for wrapping. Colors are accurately represented online. This ribbon ships on styrofoam spools so it the end need to be taped tightly, or the whole thing slips.

This is a lot of four different colored satin ribbons. I’m giving it four stars because the quality of the ribbons isn’t that good, and the ribbons are not on actual spools but wrapped crudely around pieces of styrofoam. The ribbons are a little wider than expected, but are still good for crafting and gift wrapping. The red and green ribbons are solid, but the gold and silver are a bit thin and see-through.
