Pros - Beautiful diamond in a 4 prong setting and perfectly sized! It sparkles soo much and has no obvious inclusions to the naked eye. It came with an appraisal certificate and is appraised to be almost double what I bought it for. Looks almost spot on to my original engagement ring - only difference is the band (its a replacement). Cons - came with an appraisial but no official IGI certificate. This doesn't matter to me so much though. The band isn't a comfort band but more of a rounded knife-edge. Still very comfortable and not very obvious. Again, this may or may not matter to you, especially if you are looking for an exact replacement.
