Ordered yesterday late afternoon, received 10ish AM today. Lightening fast shipment. I just ADORE this ring! This is the first LG diamond I've purchased and don't regret it a bit. I have purchased from Houston Diamond District before so didn't have any hesitations and was satisfied previously. That said, I chose the 3 cttw, 5 stone ring, in white gold. My hands are incredibly small (4.5-5 size finger) as I am super petite and I found the ring to be incredibly comfortable. I ordered it in size 5. I could have went 4.5 as the band is thin but it doesn't slide unless my hands are wet. The diamonds are the show and stand out. It looks huge and ultra blinged out but that's what I like. Regards to comfort, the diamonds nor prongs rub on the side of my other fingers. The rings height is prominent but that is due to the diamonds size (roughly .40 carats each) and does not bother me. My normal wedding ring is a large solid gold art deco piece with substantial weight (13 grams) this ring is incredibly weightless when compared (4 grams). I have no problems with this whatsoever and can wear it with ease. If you are use to a large setting, the large carat should be easy. If your hands have the thin fingers and larger knuckles this ring could spin easily and would be annoying. It would be uncomfortable to my elderly mother whose hands are like this. Overall, I am super pleased with this lab grown ring and my only critique would be for a thicker band. Of course gold has sky rocketed so that would negate the affordability aspect of this. HDD is reputable and I wouldn't hesitate to order form them and would recommend to others. I am now eyeballing their solitaires to upgrade my 3.25 cttw natural diamond center stone. Editing my review of both the 2.5-ct and the 1.5-ct rings, E-F color, VS2-SI1 clarity, very good cut for each. I first ordered the 2.5-ct ring but the width and height overlapped the adjoining fingers. I bought a size 5.5 which is slightly big on my finger. I then ordered the 1.5-ct ring and it fits my hand better, although I would have preferred the larger ring. My return request was quickly approved for the 2.5-ct ring. Both rings are stunning with very nice lab created diamonds of high grades with a lot of sparkle. The 14k white gold bands seem average weight and the sizing seems accurate. Just be aware that in smaller ring sizes the larger carat weights may be wide and tall. These are both gorgeous rings. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Houston Diamond District again. ... show more

Very disappointed in the band/supports of this ring! The stones are beautiful, but the setting and the band detract from the presentation. The band is very thin, not at all even close to the width represented in the photos and displayed video! The backing band of the stones is not solid in its supports allowing debris to very easily and quickly accumulate around the stones, detracting from the clarity, brilliance etc., of the ring, thus appearing as “cheap”! The video and photos display a solid, supportive back of the stones, incredibly deceptive! I was unable to open the package and view the ring for a significant period of time as I was out of the state due to family emergency. Upon finally viewing the ring and contacting Houston ‘Diamond District via email/directly to rectify some of my issues, I received absolutely no response-silence. ... show more
