Had a separate appraisal done because there weren't any certificates provided besides their own appraisal issued by their company. No IgI certificates. Ring ended up being a much lower quality and clarity. They also charge a 650 restocking fee that isn't disclosed on the page. Spoke with Nick, really felt like they didn't care to make things right or provide me what was promised. Was able to get refund through Amazon. Please check out reviews outside of Amazon, they aren't good. Ring had a lot of inclusions not considered eye clean as promised. ... show more
