The media could not be loaded. It was beautiful, just as pictured online but too small due to Amazon's customer service lacking on their end. I had to send the ring back but the seller was great with working with me due to the error. Amazon customer service reps not so much. I'm now waiting on my replacement. Fyi my husband loved it but couldn't fit. See video ... show more
