The pendant itself is well done; the design is simple and elegant. The box it arrived in had a broken hinge, the velvet material inside was half peeled off (the box was not crushed or visibly damaged) and the cardboard insert was placed in wonky. I've bought much cheaper items with infinitely better presentation boxes. For an item which cots the better part of 400 bucks they would have spent more than 69 cents on the cheapest Chinese presentation box they could find. I will not bore you with reiterating the previous comments about the flimsy chain. That's the first thing that needs to go. ... show more

The necklace was a gift from my husband for our anniversary. The pendant itself is very pretty but I’m unable to wear it because the clasp is so tiny and pretty flimsy, it’s impossible to use! I will need to purchase a chain with a more substantial clasp in order to wear it!
