I really, really like this ring very much. The lab grown diamond is the brightest, most radiant gem I've ever had in any jewelry. The mounting of this stone is very well designed for maximum light pass through while maintaining strength. This CRITI RORA .42 carat engagement ring changed my mind about single stone settings. I thought I did not like single stone rings because I thought the setting would get caught on things, but the way this is designed, it has an integrated profile with the rest of the ring, it doesn't get caught on anything, and it doesn't even get caught in my long hair, the prongs are smooth and tight and it runs through my hair smoothly. I really am in love with this ring and am appreciating the subtlety of the way it is constructed. I can't photograph this in a way to do it justice but I want to point out that the band gracefully tapers toward the stone in a way that lets more light into the base of the l.g. diamond, while making the stone appear larger. The band of this ring is perfect for me, the 2mm width and low profile is what I needed, my hands are fairly small and there is not a lot of room for a ring, the band needed to be proportionately thin to be comfortable for daily wear. I could not tell from the listing description or measurements how big the stone would seem in this ring. I was prepared for a small stone and thought that would be okay. In person, the .42 carat l.g. diamond is bigger than I thought it would be. I feel like this stone is perfectly proportioned to my medium/small hand. For an everyday ring, this size is ideal for me. It has plenty of presence without distracting from daily activities. It does also look large to me because the ring I ordered is size 5, a small ring. I added a ring size adjuster to make it fit my 4.5 size finger, and it's working perfectly because it stops any tendency for the ring to spin, it's just right. Every aspect of the finish of this ring is top class. It has information about the size and type of Lab Grown Diamond stamped inside the band, as well as the S925 sterling silver grade stamp. I feel that this ring is robustly made from excellent materials, it isn't delicate or fragile but presents a graceful classic feminine appeal that I will treasure for years to come. And yes, we are using this for an official engagement ring, and there is nothing about this ring that seems less than or a substitute for anything. It is a very beautiful and functional ring and an excellent value for money.

I decided long ago that I would never buy a diamond that was dug out of the earth. There is just too much suffering and dangerous conditions surrounding the extraction of diamonds. Lab grown diamonds, while some would say is not worth as much, are real diamonds. Diamonds that shine just as beautiful. This is no exception. It is super pretty and sparkly. The light bounces off of it and it looks great in its setting. The ring is true to size. The band matches beautifully. The whole thing is incredibly tasteful. This would be a fine engagement ring for a young couple, or even a birthday gift for your daughter. Mind you, this is not a super huge, gaudy ring for flashy women. This is more for the girl who likes a subtle touch. It doesn't weigh very much. It's less than a carat. The box is lovely. It is white with a little gold-colored crown. Additionally, it comes with a nice cloth for polishing. I do believe they ring is worth the asking price. $200 is a fair price in this market. I am always looking for some pieces worth about a couple hundred. The reason is because I have daughters who are getting older and I recognize that life does not always go the way we expect. Before they move out I give them pieces that are not overly expensive but have some worth and are not heirlooms. I told them all the same thing: "If life goes sideways, don't do anything drastic. Pawn that Jewelry. It's more than enough for a ticket home from anywhere in the country." It's good to have small pieces. Ones that will fetch about a couple hundred at a time. This way there will always be a way ro ensure you won't ever be stuck. So, get yourself one of these or at least a something like it. It's well worth it. Because they are small, Lightweight, (you literally wear it on ypur finger), you can take it anywhere, never have to leave it, and it's always worth something

This is by far my favorite ring that I have received. The diamond is graded E color with VS clarity and looks bright and clear. I ordered the 0.42 carat version and it sparkles beautifully under both indoor light and natural sunlight. I am usually a size 5 and it fits me perfectly. The design is simple but elegant with the classic four prong setting that really lets the diamond stand out. Even though it is 14K gold plated over sterling silver, I honestly do not mind because it still looks very nice and well made. The ring is very comfortable to wear and I enjoy it so much that I do not even want to take it off my ring finger. It also comes with a ring box and a cleaning cloth, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it is a beautiful and affordable ring that looks elegant and sparkly without being too flashy.
