I lay my disc PS5 flat, you have to remove the stand either way, but the stand fits perfectly in this case under the ps5. No need to remove the plates. I have 7 games (5 PS5, 2 PS4) and they all fit. You can probably fit 10 games in this case. I have 4 controllers, 2 fit in the case perfectly. The other 2 I have separate cases for those although if you have less games you can probably fit 3 controllers in here. The case is very well made, nice zippers and comes with a shoulder strap along with a carry handle. 2 zippered pockets on the front, a velcro pocket on the back. Perfect size to carry everything I needed. Fits the PS5, base, 2 controllers, headset, cables, external SSD, and 4 games in their cases. The compartment with the flaps can be rearranged to fit your need. The padding is ok, but it'll do for airplane carry on and transporting in your car.
