The instructions weren’t very clear as to how to set it up when you have an existing Wyze lock but once I figured it out it was snook sailing from there. Mounting it was pretty easy too. You can either use the provided screws or it also comes with a pre installed double sided tape. As I am in a rent house I used only the take and it holds up perfectly. Overall installation took a few minutes and it works like it’s supposed to. It looks and unlocks my doors! Definitely will be getting another one for the other door! ... show more

So easy to install. The instructions COULD be a little larger (letters are too small), but once you use a magnifying glass (jk) can follow instructions to use the app to follow step by step instructions.

I had used wyze products in the past and they seemed very hit or miss. I saved 2 cameras, a robot vac, and a lock when I moved. It’s been a few months and I surprisingly haven’t had any issues. Might have been my area or wifi at the old house. So I decided to buy the keypad for my lock and it was very easy to setup. Took me a moment to figure out how tho cuz you don’t add it as a new device, you click on the lock and add it from that screen. So far so good! Both screws that come with the product stripped during installation with regular screwdriver. Hope it works ok with just the adhesive....

Bought this to pair with my Wyze Lock & it works like a charm. Haven’t had it fail me yet and have had it for over a month now. Really enjoy the schedules you can put in place for specific codes, only allowing people to have access at certain days & times.

    • Software lagging.
The lock is easy to install and easy to use but the geofencing does not work. Spoke with customer service several times about the problem and "they are working on it." Maybe best to wait until they figure it out.
