I saw a few questions maybe I can answer. **1st- this controller is not fully customizable as far as the mods are concerned. That being said, the mods that are preset are all you'd really need. The quickscope function, increase in fire rate etc- it's all laid out perfectly. You CAN increase fire rate, and you CAN turn a semi-auto into auto. **2nd- this controllers mods DO work on COD, all but the auto-aim function are geared towards multi-player gaming (auto-aim being geared towards the campaign). **3rd- although I can not speak for anyone else, I, myself, DID receive a very cut and dry set of instructions with my controller, that if followed step by step, work flawlessly. **4th- the Xbox series 2 elite has its own issues (sub-par thumbstick pieces within). This has nothing to do with the modded controllers seller, and when my right stick had an issue, they sent me a first class label for shipping and had it back to me within a few days good as new at no charge. Their customer service is amazing. I've never had a company go through the extra steps of trying to contact me (we had a few discrepancies in regards to communication, at no fault of either party) like they did. Bottom line, the product is exactly as described, and the company goes above and beyond to address any issues that may arise should you actually take a minute to contact them. I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my younger brother. First looking at these I thought they were a bit expensive, however you take into consideration the price of a regular elite series 2 controller and it makes sense. The controller comes in a very nice box, along with a carrying case and charger. The controller itself has a solid feel (is heavier than an average controller) the D-pad has a very responsive kickback along with both joysticks. The joysticks have more response than an average controller. The left and right triggers have a locking system so you don't have to squeeze them as far, and boy has that come in handy! Now for the mods. Does it come with a explanation sheet? Yes, but you can also find YouTube videos online. I've tried about 2/3 of the mods and they all work great! Note: I don't use any of them at great length (only when I'm getting shit on). Overall 5/5 ... show more

I bought my controller a year ago this month. So far its worked great. The only reason Im writing this review is because my controller glitched on my rapid fire mod and I had to download the instructions to see how to reset my controller. Its the only issue Ive had in a year and with modded controllers that pretty good. Ive used several over the years and I've had the least amount of problems with this one. I usually don't write reviews but this one is work it. The only critic is you cant use multiple mods at once. Another company that I wont name had that feature but the mods stopped working with a few hours of play. I sent it back and they "repaired" it but same issue. I returned the controller. Maybe that's why this one only has 1 active mod at once :) ... show more

The first one shipped to me was defective out of the box. Support was very fast, apologetic, and got me a replacement lickety-split. I'm close to their facility so I was only without a controller for a day. Pretty much all setting/mode changes are started with pressing the sync button a specific number of times. Some settings get tweaked using other buttons like triggers, but you'll be pressing sync more than anything. It's really easy to do, and once you have your favorite modes memorized, you won't even need to look down to make changes on the fly. My only complaint is that Microsoft pushed out a controller update that will power down as much of the controller as it can when idle. So, in-between matches, the mod ends up getting turned off, but it's as simple as pressing the sync button once to turn it back on. I opted to buy Amazon's extended warranty option, because the non-modded Elite Series controllers (both 1 and 2) are known to not last. My first Elite Series 2 lasted 18 months before it started to show problems. I anticipate a similar experience with any other Elite Series-based controller. ... show more

It is a nice controller with solid feel and pretty good response. The features don't really help that much. Quality is poor. I have used off and on for a year and it has very serious stick drift save your money and buy regular controllers

What I like about the controller is that it feels, weighs, and plays like a quality controller. What's my hang up is after installing, updating, and then configuring the button layout and saving afterwards. Then testing on fps games that allow configs. And there's no change. That's my hang up about the controller. Have one similar to this one with red leds that's more expensive which I hardly played with and configured correctly, but the RB button for some odd reason stopped working and no reply to the ones that's selling on Amazon is obsurb. Hoping this one don't do the same would be worth the money. ... show more

Was packaged really good and also came like a Easter box which I thought was really cool and it also came with extra/change buttons but it is charging now then time to try it out
