These were installed on my 2015 BMW X3 and are super bright , but not that annoying blue color. They are white. Improved my night vision 1000%. I needed to add canbus decoders to make the computer happy and stop the dashboard errors from popping up. They make some heat so lets hope they last a long time. ... show more

Installed one-perfect, I stalled the other and wtf?? It wouldn't shoot a straight beam of light. I could unscrew it an 1/8 turn and it lined up like the other side. So maybe it was the headlight bezel? So I changed lights to the opposite side and the alignment issue followed the light. It had to be assembled out of line somehow. . One good one not good. Oh well I bought a set that were adjustable and I love them. Moved shortly after that and just now ran across the box with them in it. Too late to send back so-i got a set of nothing. ... show more

Bought these in July 2021 for a 2011 Porsche Cayenne S, uses a an H7 bulb for the low and high beams. Replaced a set of underperforming Hikari bulbs that just lacked any substantial light output. Well, these put out a bit more light than the H7 Silverstars I was running, initially. Unfortunately I had a bulb fail at the 15 month mark. The internal cooling system clearly doesn’t work well enough and the result is the bulb overheats and spreads apart. The resulting light patter is just awful. Looking for a better design. These had potential but I’m not willing to replace them at 15 month intervals. ... show more

I bought these for my daughters car. They are super bright, but do not blind the drivers coming at you. She never gets flashed from other drivers with them thinking that she has her high beams on. Bulbs were very bright, but one of them failed after only 5 months. According to the customer questions these should still be under warranty...but have no way to contact customer support (as mentioned in one of the answered questions). Update: customer service was great and replaced the failed bulbs... hopefully they will last longer. ... show more

    • Works in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee but needs a Can-bus for each bulb.

The media could not be loaded. The Wontolf 9005 HB3 LED Headlight Bulbs worked in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee but I did have to install a can-bus for each bulb. The LEDs are super bright! The light produced is a clear white unlike the halogen bulbs. I had tried a few different LED Bulbs for the 2016 Jeep Cherokee, but they would give an error saying the Low Beam Headlight was out. I believe the reason for this is that the 2016 Jeep Cherokee has a sensitive computer system, and the other LED Bulbs had a lower wattage draw than the Wontolf LED bulbs. These Wontolf LED bulbs have a higher wattage that is closer to the wattage of the halogen bulbs. A 9005-halogen bulb’s wattage is 65 watts each and the Wantolf LED bulb is 60 watts each. Installing a can-bus inline allowed for the bulbs to work properly with no errors on the computer, but without the can-bus the LED bulbs would not work. Update - 4/20/22, Every so often the Cherokee will give a Low Beam out error but it goes away after 10-30 seconds. still it's a little annoying when it happens, over all the LED Bulbs have been working well. ... show more
