I'm not new to knitted flats, I have a few pairs and I really like and prefer them to standard flats. They're more breathable, don't get as hot, easy to clean and all these things mean that they're not as stinky in the long run. These shoes come with supports in them that kind of end up causing a crease across the top of the point. Mine took a few wears before they finally relaxed out and they look much better without that crease there. The knit material itself is a bit stiffer than others I've worn. However, the heel/backing of the shoe does NOT wear uncomfortably against my heel so I can wear these for a long while without having any issues. They are a bit loose on me though. The cut of these shoes ensures that I don't have any unwanted "toe cleavage." The inner shoe liner boasts a striking black against the red fabric of my flat. The contrast elevates the look of the shoe and makes it seem more expensive than it actually is. An affordable price and a comfortable fit. The fabric is stiffer so be cautious of the size you're ordering. I'll be keep this company in mind if I need to look for other colors for flats since they seem to have a great selection. ... show more

I take a size 8 wide. I bought a size 8.5 regular. The shoes fit me fine. The top material is like canvas, not see thru nor stretchy, but there is some give to it. I am 5'10" & I like to have a good pair of flats on hand for when I don't feel like being taller. I loved the color, it's very close to the online listing. The material is super stretchy too so nothing digs in or rubs up against you after prolonged wear. The knit makes them very breathable as well, and the insole has a comfortable padding. It's been very hit or miss with flats for me lately, I'm normally a size 10 but my feet aren't the most narrow & I've seen a trend of ordering one size if you're on the wider side, the size chart on this listing also says that right across the top so I figured I would do that here to play it safe as I liked the look of these so much. And I guess maybe that was right because through the middle it's a good snug fit- not at all uncomfortable though. But the point is the issue. I have it pointed out in my photo- where my toe ends & how much further the shoe extends & it's way too much. It feels a lot more pronounced in person than it appears in photos. I feel almost ridiculous wearing them, like they're part of a costume or something. I just wish they didn't have such a sharp, elongated tip. It was really hard to get an accurate representation picture wise but I don't think I'll be able to wear these out. I'm thinking this may be a bigger issue for larger sizes. Like maybe, a smaller size could pull off some extra length or a more narrow foot could better fit into the point. ... show more
