This is a nice little endoscope for the home. I along with others have earwax issues. I am now by myself and don’t have a spouse to look into my ear for me anymore. When I hooked this thing up and looked in my ear, it was great. Good picture quality better than I expected And enough lighting so that you could see where you were going. One issue of concern for me is I’ve been in the medical community most of my life, is if there is not a point like a little arrow on the scope itself that shows up in the picture to show which way is up. Very important feature on your next upgrade.

We have been using this for our 4-yr old kid. You have to work your way around to get the best view of the inside. The scoop seems too soft to efficiently scoop hardened wax but feels safe coz it cannot poke the eardrum. For hardened earwax, we use a solution we order from Amazon to soften it. This is really helpful and we always takes it with us when we travel.
