I had this projector for a little over a yearand barley used it..it worked great for a while and all of a sudden there was a blue hue light beaming on my screen andI tried to troubleshoot the problem and nothing worked so I contacted customer support they promised me that they would send me a replacement projector sent me a screenshot without a tracking number of it being sent to my address and the exact delivery date it would arrive to my house and it has been 4 days past since my delivery date and I have not received the replacement and when I tried to contact customer support and ask for a tracking number I have gotten no response. I would not recommend this product your projector will not last long and you will have issues with customer support. Update the company sent me an updated version and it was a issue with shipping that was not the company fault. However it does take a few days for a response but they do stand by their product and rectify any problems and make sure the customer is satisfied. Purchased this projector hoping to get a decent projector for a good price. While my expectations were hopeful, it was another let down. The video looks decent if the video being displayed is simple and doesn't have a lot of gamma correction in it (think shadow gradients in a murky scene), but otherwise the picture is less than stellar. Now this is all presuming you can actually get the video to work in the fist place. This projector isn't one that can be used for playing any copy protected video. If you Miracast from an iPhone or iPad or other Apple device, the project will have sound, but no video on certain apps like Netflix and Hulu. You can see the menu, but attempting to play it, the video will be blank. However, from Disney+, you at least get a warning that states the projector doesn't support HDCP protocol, so it won't work. If you switch over to Android, using either Miracast or HDMI input, the video works. Using HDMI input is better than Miracast. Using Miracast, there are frequent pauses and delays in the audio, which does play thru the projector's speakers though. If you have a good phone with good speakers, this would be the better way to use this projector. I did not test this device using a Windows based computer or from a gaming console, but if they are comparable to Apple in its digital media protection, then I don't expect the projector to work playing protected movies, though video games might work. Finally, the fan is pretty noisy (around 50 decibels), which can be pretty annoying if you are using the projectors speakers and trying to listen to some quiet dialog. I would hope that manufacturers would put a quieter fan in these units to make them more friendly and easier to use. The audio on the projector can be turned up pretty loud, but you run into speaker "clipping" at anything above a level 75 on the audio controls. The projector is capable of connecting to Bluetooth speakers as well as USB, so it is possible to play video with some decent audio if you have it. Overall, it's a good projector with some excellent capabilities. However, with the lack of HDCP support and loud fan, it's not something worth 5 stars. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have been wanting to get rid of my tv to get more space for my room within a budget and this is a perfect choice. In my opinion, the picture is great and you can’t hear the fan. Also, the video is without a projector screen. But get a streaming stick because when I was mirroring a movie through Disney+ only the sound would play. - Update: idk how but there is now a small dot after using it for a second time. But after my review they sent me a email on how to fix it a home and with a refund which I declined because I just wanted it fix. It’s honestly a good product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Not an expert nor do I have a lot of experience with projectors. With that being said the price, ease of set up, and quality are very good. Works well with fire stick. Sound is “small” which is too be expected. Bluetooth connected a sound bar and subwoofer to my fire stick to fix that. Video was taken during the day projected on a wall with light still filtering through the blinds on the adjacent wall. It does get better the darker the room is but still works perfectly in low light imo. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

    • Won’t turn on even plugged into the outlet
The media could not be loaded. I saved up my money to buy this projector for my room:(. It worked fine out of the box and first few times I used it which was around 5times.but after that It just stopped working. The project won’t power on at all. I’ve change out the cords, changed outlets, everything I could think of and it’s off completely:( I don’t know what to do anymore I’m really bummed out that I can’t even enjoy something I was looking forward to. I’d say look elsewhere and maybe save up for a better more reliable projector. :( ... show more

    • Great little projector!!! We are loving it!!!
The media could not be loaded. This is a wonderful little but powerful projector!!! Ok I am not the most tech savvy person. But we wanted a budget projector with great quality to enjoy family movie 🎥 nights outside during the summer. We use this projector with our 20 inches inflatable screen 📺 and a sound bar. Let me tell you that combo is awesome!!! There was only one challenge at the beginning, which is that when I try to watch movies from Amazon Prime Video or Netflix connecting my iPhone through the HDMI cable I kept get the message that it did not meet the “HDCP standard requirements”. But the. I connected my Apple TV box directly to the projector and that solved the problem. Tomorrow I am getting an original Apple charger and will try connecting by iPhone again using the USB slot and see what happens. I will post and update. Finally if you use your Apple TV box, like I am doing and you are also using a sound bar, let me recommend connecting the sound bar directly to your Apple TV box using an optic cable. That will improve the sound a lot. I am adding a video for illustration, although I don’t think my camera is doing much Justice to the quality of the video on the screen. ... show more
