    • Very big and very bug proof
I had to look up the instructions online, but after seeing it done one time, it all makes sense. I am a 58yr old Granny and set it up by myself. The tent stakes to hold the tent down are small metal ones, but they worked perfectly fine even in high wind. It also comes with some plastic stakes which are to be used for the rain canopy tie-downs. I love that the floor to the porch is actual material, which keeps bugs from crawling up under the tent. There are plenty of screened windows for ventilation which also close up for warmth and privacy. It is a fairly heavy tent. I wouldn’t want to pack it too far into the woods, but considering the size of this thing, I’d rather have the weight. It’s a doable thing. I was even able to take it down by myself, fold it back up, and put it back into the tent bag!! I absolutely love this tent and think it was worth every penny!! ... show more

Great tent for a family or when you want space to keep your stuff inside. Easy set up and take down. Having the 2 rooms was great for air flow. We were able to keep stuff inside and dry and still have room for me, my husband, my son and the dog.

    • Spacious and great airflow but flimsy floor denier
Setup was a bit confusing at first and the instructions are sewn into the case. Once you figure out where the poles go and connect the setup in the future will be simple. Haven't used in heavy rain but it did sprinkle on us and the fly kept rain out. The windows are great and allow for so much air but little no-seeum gnats do make their way in. The center divider zips up to keep the bedroom portion private but would work well as a wall to make it a two bedroom. We used the front for our dog and large crate that we use for our cat and the littler box. We had a Coleman Montana Elite for over 10 years and loved it but wanted to try something different. We really like this tent BUT even though we used a tarp under it for additional footprint we still got a small hole on the bottom from a rock at a fully established campsite. The durability/denier could be better. Also the front zipper does get caught on the cloth cover nearly every time you zip and unzip. The window covers unzip and tuck into the bottom portion of the window which is ok but it could be better. Overall we love the height and airiness of this tent. We had a tent repair kit so we will keep it for future trips. Our next investment will likely be a canvas tent. ... show more

    • Great Tent!
I purchased this tent for a 6 day camping trip in the Northern Maine woods for myself, my husband and our dog. The tent space was perfect for our needs. The trip included pouring rain for two days and this tent never leaked! To say I was shocked was an understatement! I do plan to treat the tent with a waterproofing spray just to help as we move forward. The temperature ranged from warm summer days to seeing your breath at night, this tent is a good 3 season tent. The back room we sent up our queen size cot and had space for a small camp table and room to stand on each side of the bed. There was also room for a dog bed on the floor. The front room we used as a place to store our clothes, so we could change, a camp chair and our dogs dishes. We are very happy with this purchase. We are avid campers and have purchased more expensive name brand tents in the past and this tent is just as good if not better then some of the other tents with a kinder price tag to the wallet. I would recommend this tent if you are looking for something with some space to move around and be able to stand up. ... show more

Solid overall tent. Good size as you can stand up unlike some dome tents. Seems pretty water proof and decent seems although we haven’t experienced rain in our 3 outings. Couple annoying things are the zippers… they snag a lot and I’m not crazy about the circle zipper door that is in the inside as it becomes a sort of nuisance. Also I do wish there was a port somewhere that would allow you to stick an extension cord through. Overall would recommend. ... show more

Love this tent! There's tons of room. We set up both a queen size air mattress and a twin and there was room to spare in the sleeping area. The kids used the screen room to set up a table and play board games. Also let us bring our stuff inside the tent so we didn't have to leave it out in the rain. It also rained quite a bit on our camping trip and no leaks anywhere inside. Has huge windows and tall enough to stand up inside. Easy set up too! ... show more
