I got the table a few days earlier than expected which is great was excited to recieve it. I DID have concerns though since the box was damaged upon arrival if the product it's would be damaged luckily it wasn't. I had help from my dad to put it together and some power tools helped made it easier . It still took us a couple of hours to make sure it was secured, stable, and assembled correctly. Have to make sure everything is tight otherwise it'll be wobbly. Took awhile because the holes weren't completely aligned and had to drill at an angle also doing the the last part needed quite alot of light in order to match the holes up. It was easy to put together however, the screws is too short when putting on the hinges to the top of the table. I had to use longer screws (2).

This was one of the hardest pieces of furniture I’ve put together. The parts are very cheaply made and the “wood” blows out when you try to screw into the pre drilled holes. I’d be stunned if this lasts more than a year. Chipped and scratched right out of the box.

I ordered the rustic brown. I put it together 99% of the way but needed an extra pair of hands just at the end. I used a screw driver but I highly recommend a drill to save time (and a blister in the center of your palm.) Overall, I am so glad I purchased this table. I really love it! (The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because there are "splotches" in the stain in several places caused by glue from the building of the table.) ... show more

    • Extremely difficult to attach table top; tiny screws that strip easily

The table top requires 6 tiny screws to be fastened. You have to use tweezers to hold the screw in the right spot in the tracks to guide it into the hole. Especially in the corners closest to the side that pops out. On top of that, the screws strip VERY easily. It's very cheap. I could only fastener 4 of the 6, and I hope it's enough. ... show more

This was alright. It’s very small which is good for apartments. It slams down if you’re not carful putting the rising part down. It scratches very easily and already has a bunch of marks.

Assembly wasn’t too bad. The screws that attach the lift top were a little weak so I upgraded for a few bucks from the hardware store. Table is definitely tippy without weight on the bottom but a few heavy books solved that. It’s nothing special but for $100 it serves its purpose for me.
