Seems fairly functional, the top of my unit is scratched, and the camera seems to be out of alignment. I did some test runs, ignoring what I find to be cosmetic damage, but this top is scratched. I have a lot of experience with laser engraving tools and I will probably go with xTool if I can't sort out the issues with this unit. It's a real shame, the camera is a game changer, and my next unit will definitely have one. I did try to recalibrate it, but it didn't seem to keep the deviation below 4mm, which is significant. I've never owned a laser before buying the WeCreat Vision. I love this machine. Was easy to learn in my opinion. ALL lasers have pros and cons. Sharing photos of some of the things I created with this laser. My experience with customer service has been great.
