The only thing I wish was better was the depth and brightness of the wings but I know these people bought them like that from there vendor. If they could do their own etching to make the wings as bright and vibrant as Mom’s name it would so much better. I am very happy with this and Mom’s comfortably at peace in it. We loved the urn. It was the perfect size. For people who are considering purchase, this is an urn made of stainless steel. The walls are fairly thin, which means it will dent easily. The lid is snug tight. Much better purchase than buying from the funeral home, saving us hundreds of dollars.

I ordered 2 urns. 1st - I did have an issue but it's important to know the seller made it right. One blue - stated engraving would be white, the other grey with black engraving. It's a great size and better than keeping a loved one on a box. I wanted two different colors for myself and husband to keep on hand for the day when needed. On the blue one the letters come out yellow so i thought they made a mistake, they did not it's the blue color that makes them look that way, even the seller said he will update the website so others know it's not white. Then if you don't screw the top on exactly right/even good lucky getting it off. The silver one was fine no issues. The seller agreed to replace the blue one so I just got another silver one. We have our names on it so when we pass others know who is who. Seller did not have me return the blue one but I threw it away. ... show more

After purchasing this Urn and looking at product design and how it (If) the stainless steel is thick enough to be engraved on. The stainless steel held up.It has a set of wings on it but the placement is centered. Having the Engraving on it done . It ended up almost at the very bottom. If the manufacturer would refigure the wings size , it probably would help in the Engraving of the deceased DOB and a heading ... show more
