5’11 180lb male here. I bought large as that’s what normally wear and several posts said the sizes run small. I put the shirt on and immediately noticed the sleeves were really tight. I have pretty small arms too lol then when I put on the pants they were super baggy and loose around the waist. It was almost like I needed an XL shirt with medium sized pants.
