    • Attractive But Doesn't Hold A Lot

This is a real quality wallet. The leather looks classy and is soft and buttery. The tri-fold style has a small profile and, when empty, fits easily into a shirt pocket. Where this wallet doesn't really do it for me is when I try to put all the cards, cash, etc. that I carry around into it. I will confess that I may have more stuff in my wallet than most people do, and perhaps I carry too much. Nevertheless, I am what I am. The pop-up card holder is a nice touch, but, depending on how thick one's cards are, it may only hold six or seven. There is a slot for a couple more inside, but, with various credit cards, AAA card, medical insurance card, library card, etc., the wallet reaches capacity quickly. I am also an old school type who uses cash for a lot of transactions. I find the cash pocket on this wallet insufficient for my needs. About one-third of the length of the bills extends beyond the slot which I don't like.. Most of these issues I can deal with If I have to, but the real bottom line is: After I put all my stuff in the wallet it is really thick and the advantage of having a slim tri-fold wallet vanishes, at least for me. Having sort of slammed this wallet in the comments above, I want to stress that, while this wallet does not work well for me, for others who only carry seven cards in total and don't plan to carry much cash, this is a very attractive wallet that looks much more luxurious that its price on Amazon would indicate.     • Great travel wallet, I was not able to exceed 7 cards in the holder

I was able to comfortably get 6 cards in and out of the card holder using the ingenious slide switch, 7 if I was willing to get a little rough with it. My full-size wallet I have 2 credit cards, an ATM card, AAA card, library, 2 insurance cards, 2 warehouse club cards, and a work key card. Also sometimes a car wash card... When traveling I can get that down to 5 so this wallet will do well for me then. The mirror is an interesting feature I didn't see mentioned at all in the description or video. I wear contacts so a mirror to check what's going on in my eye is useful at times, or in a pinch to get someone's attention with the sun. I don't have an airtag I plan to put in it so can't comment on fitting it in the slot but it looked to be just the right size to hold it. The cash holder requires that 2/3 of the bill is in the slot, with 1/3 exposed. An ok compromise to get the size down. Great looking, will work well as a travel wallet when I don't need to take the kitchen sink with me. ... show more

The wallet came packaged in a shrink wrapped dark box, the wallet itself had a wax paper sheaf with adhesive dot to hold it in place and protect the leather. Included were an instruction card for the card mechanism and some wipes to keep this looking its best. I like the look and feel, the leather felt of good quality, the size was smaller than a typical billfold, slightly larger than a small bifold that I usually carry. Normally I have my money in my pocket and use my wallet for credit cards, promo/loyalty cards, and other similar items. Seems they multiply quickly these days. First thing I noticed was the air tag holder on the outside of the wallet, with a metal snap to open the holder and keep it fastened when not in use or an air tag is in place. Nice design and idea. When opened there is a leather pocket with mesh to carry 1 or 2 cards such as a drivers license and maybe one other or it gets too snug. There is an open end pocket for bills, it holds them securely, and another pocket for more cards but it is tightly sewn so you're not going to get much in this pocket either. perhaps 1 or 2 cards at most. Turning it over there is a plastic case for your credit cards with a lever on the side to slide up your cards so you can get to them. I was slightly disappointed that the wallet does not hold many cards. I was able to get 3 into the plastic holder with popup, 2 in the mesh pocket and really only 1 in the leather pocket. The plastic case does have a mirror on the outside. Nice feature you don't find on wallets, at first I thought it peculiar but thought about it more and it seems like a good idea. It is a well thought out design and the leather feels quite good. If you are the type that doesn't need to carry many cards then this is the wallet for you. If you have quite a few cards then you may want to look elsewhere. We all have our preferences when it comes to wallets. This will nicely fill the boat for some. I gave it 5 stars for the quality and design. This didn't quite fit my needs but it may fit yours nicely. ... show more

    • Small but on the thick side

it is a small wallet. You can indeed fit up to 5 cards in the pop up slot but if you add more than a couple of thin paper items (tickets for the ferry, or that sort of thing), it won't close properly. I don't see how one could add some bills and more cards... The ID window is useful but it's covered with a mesh material so it's not easy to see through. The pop up slot is great, and it's been working so far (I don't know how I'll retrieve the cards if it ever gets stuck...). But it's a rigid box (in aluminum, says the description) so it makes for a thick wallet, about 0.8" thick, in fact. That's quite a bit thicker than the usual wallet with the same amount of cards inside. But you do get the pop-up system :) Of course, you can't have it all, so it's either a slim wallet and cards can be a pain to extract, or a thicker one with a convenient pop up mechanism... ... show more
