I ordered this a year and a half ago, when it quit working I ordered a new one but it wasn't the same item. It's blue and smaller and obviously isn't the same and now that we've used it we can't return it.

The product works well as intended. The material used is soft comfortable and easy to clean. After a few weeks, one of the motors stopped working however, customer service was fast to respond and sent me a replacement quickly and I've had no issues. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. To the manufacturer, I think this a great product, my only suggestion is to make the straps longer... It fits just right and it's tight. But a longer strap would make it easier to put on. ... show more

This is great for both partners bc the vibrations are so strong (I thought the first level was very strong but it goes up two more levels!!) that it can be felt in the right spot for the one not wearing it as well. Takes a little getting use to bc its a different kind of toy, at least for us it was. My husband didn't want to use the prostate part but you really don't have to. Let it be your choice and whatever your comfort level is of course. The strap part.. I do wish it was more of a snap fastening like I've seen with other variations of this toy BUT once you do get it on and fastened i imagine is stays on a lot more secure than the other snap fastener ones.     • This product has Excellent Possibilities, but 1 big issue!
The Penis hold down strap is way way too long and you cannot strap it down... I think they were looking at King Kong when they designed it... Even after shortening the strap to allow it to go tighter it still would not give a good grip. The inside measurement (Measured with calibrated digital caliper is 1.350 and that is after cutting off a section of the strap. I cannot recommend this unit. The Remote is a great idea and works well. The Anal part is good and works well, however, without the Penis part, it is useless. The Remote functions are great, but then again, all the greatness in the world will not over come a major unfixable fault. ... show more
