    • Easy to Use and In-depth diagnostic system
The media could not be loaded. Here is my initial attempt at using this. As you can see, I was able to navigate around quite well. It even detected the problem with my heated seat. Later, I learned how to clear codes like my oil change code. I used this in my other cars too. It picked up a error in my Jeep’s ABS brakes. This system works off your WiFi and I like that the wireless plug that fits in your car has its own Bluetooth connection. This is the most in depth system I’ve used and I’m loving the features and control that I have. I can also print out my report and fix it or take it to my garage and give them the report. I've tested well over a dozen OBD2 scanners over the past couple of years, and I have to say that this is my favourite so far. It's just a joy to use. It's incredibly well designed. For one thing it's easy to hold, at least for right handers. If there's an option in the settings to flip the screen I've yet to find it, but as long as you're right handed it well designed to rest in your hand while you play with the screen. Not too heavy, and with a great balance. At first glance I worried that Thinkcar had forgotten to send me the dongle to plug into my car, but after a little puzzled searching I found that it had been cleverly set into the handle for safekeeping. Press it in and it will spring out. I love it. The device itself works just as you'd expect from a scanner at this price point. The options are plentiful, more than enough for most home tinkerers, and while it's not entirely free from the dreaded paywall I don't think I'll ever need to subscribe for extra features. I have several OBD2 scanners and I really like this one. It is easy to set up and get working. The screen is crystal clear and very responsive. The system is easy to navigate and I think anyone could operate it with little to no issues. this scanner will be more than most user will need but it has everything you could need. Being wireless is a nice bonus to me. I am very happy with this scanner and I can recommend it to anyone. 5 STARS ... show more

the box that it comes in is not fancy at all but the product itself is soo nice and very high quality. i really was expecting less out of it because of the packaging but it lived up to its name and promises for sure.
