    • Pretty good for texlax. Probably best if you mix with oil or conditioner
Tried to go completely natural but my hair stretches to the top of my waist/middle of my rib cage now and I got tired of fighting with it every wash day. I just can't. Wanted to "glow up" during quarantine by growing long, healthy natural hair but I was worn out. I wanted to put some oil and or conditioner in some of this to use as a texlax (one part relaxer to one part conditioner and a little oil). I didn't. I took the lazy way and just took a few tablespoons (without diluting) for my whole head. That means when you part your hair, you are using the tiniest amount of relaxer possible. Like you are greasing someone's scalp and barely dipping your fingers in it. You won't even see any white cream in your hair when you're done. I've done that many times and it works about the same for me. Not ideal but quick. I worked fast, pulled it through and in under ten minutes, I was in the shower rinsing it out. My hair still looks natural. It just loosened my curls slightly but not even noticeable. It just made my hair a little easier to manage. I followed with regular conditioner and some leave in conditioner after that. So far, no breakage and doesn't look "relaxed". ... show more

    • Not all works the same
This was my second time purchasing this relaxer. The first was purchased a few before and it worked perfectlyvin my hair, the second was purpased a about a week later for my sister and worked the complete opposite. The base had a drier texture and it was resisted when applied to her hair.
