Do not buy unless you want to be stuck with a broken product!!! Ours wasn't a year old put burn marks on the carpet over heated wouldn't stop beeping. Only has 90 day warranty. Company agreed to fix it at my cost which is absurd to me. We have others we bought for cheaper from walmart that work perfectly and have never made us feel like it was going to burn our house down!! If you don't care about wasting money go for it. It's a shame because I feel like the product is sturdy and well made but clearly something was faulty with ours. I purchased for my grandsons Christmas and it will not hold charge. Now the seller wants me to pay to have it shipped back and they are charging a return fee! Do not buy!!!

The charger broke after a month rendering this product useless without a replacement.

    • Worked for just under a month
Product worked fine for a couple weeks, then it started to lock up on one side and beep unstoppable, the one wheeel would also get extremely hot. The only way to get it to stop is to let the battery die. There is no reset using the power switch. I have also emailed the company asking how to remedy these two situations and they have yet to return an email. Won't buy anything from Swagtron again. ... show more
