This is a pretty looking wig, but it is way fuller than the picture shows. In my picture it looks like it’s heavy and hot, but it’s not. It’s light and comfortable. The cap fit at the tightest. There isn’t a long flap hanging on my neck. The colors are perfect for me, actually a lot like my natural color. I would have liked less curl. There’s a lot of hair. The wig itself is ok, but it arrived in a box inside a plastic bag with a heavy mildew smell and there was a bit of mildew or mold on the paper insert inside the wig. This was disappointing. It's just for a Halloween costume, so I decided to try to salvage it. I soaked both the wig and the elastic headwrap in white vinegar in a bucket for an hour, then rinsed and set outside to dry in the sunshine and UV radiation for about three hours. I repeated this procedure with the elastic insert because that still had some scent after first treatment, and currently you can no longer tell they were mildew exposed. The company needs to do a quality check of their product since some reviews seem fine, but I'm not the first reviewer who has encountered this issue. If you are mold sensitive or are immunocompromised you may want to avoid. If you do get this product and encounter this issue, there is a workaround (vinegar and UV made mine workable-but you should be able to buy the product without having to do work on it). 1 star for the company from my experience at least, but four for the wig and current price point so giving it a "3" for now because I was able to salvage. It has a decent fit and lots of spring and wigs sometimes make the costume. ... show more

Wow, I was amazed by this wig I purchased for my Halloween costume, Carla Tortelli of Cheers! It was easy to put on fresh out of the box - just remove the net 1st. It looked great and was pretty easy to secured down, even without Bobby pins. I would definitely recommend for a costume. This wig looks great. It's a bit fuller than it looks in the product picture. I bought it to wear as Marc Bolan/T-Rex for Halloween. I will post a pic when the time comes. My head size is 22" and it fits perfect. I won't be able to pull my top hat over it because it's way thick, but I will just pin it over the top. It has some shine but not overly unrealistic. I've never brushed the wig out of fear of ruining the curls, and take pretty good care of it aside from that... However, It has lost two clumps of hair since purchasing. It's not normal shedding; it's losing actual full locks of hair that are not sewn in properly. I sewed that first lock back into the wig, but after the second I'm not going to even bother. I've received two used wigs in the past and thankfully I was able to get them replaced. The wig cap itself is also really tight, and does give me headaches after a few hours. If they would fix that, and see the tracks in better, I will change my review. After some thought, I think I will continue to buy wigs from this company as I can't find good wigs with this curl pattern anywhere else in the auburn color I like. ... show more

I had a tough time making this wig work for my Victorian look. I didn't comb the hair out very much because I wanted a very curly look to be true to the curling practices of the time. I had to style it so the wig carefully cap didn't show as there isn't a ton of hair. It's also very small and barely fit me. The cost is good for what you get however, so if you are brushing it out, it should work fine. ... show more
