I hate scruffy towels. I really like the feel of these. The only draw back is you need to have a place to fully hang the towel out to dry afterward. You can't toss it into a pile. Seams around some of the edges are coming off. The highest temp setting I've ever used to dry was medium setting and the design shrunk making them look unattractive. They take forever to dry on low. First order of these towels was great. I liked them so well that I reordered more. When I received these there were only 2 towel sets instead of 6 sets. Customer service reordered for me and that order was also incorrect, sending only 2 sets and not 6. When I tried one more time to reorder, the customer service rep would not let me reorder. They refunded my money and allowed me to keep the towels I received which was very kind. It seems that the person fulfilling the order just failed to put the correct product in the box. If you like fluorescent green these are incredible towels. Note that my pic isn't an accurate color and their photos are dead on. The tags are an excellent design. Not big towels so not good for large people but otherwise a total steal.
