  • Cute and easy to install!
Item Package Quantity: 10 Color: Cold White with Black Grout
This peel and stick tile was extremely easy to install. You can cut it with scissors if need be which makes it even easier. Everyone loves it, however, the tile itself is weirdly sticky… My kids are constantly trying to stick water bottles and random stuff to it.. my dad came over and said it was really nice until he felt the sticky texture of it lol Otherwise, great product! ... show more

  • Great
Item Package Quantity: 10 Color: Warm White With Grey Grout
Waited to write a review until these were up for awhile. Used as a backsplash at sink, behind a coffee maker and above stove. Adheres great and there has been no lifting. Looking closely you can tell they are tiles but they are very attractive and have fooled many. Love the texture because that makes them more realistic looking. ... show more

  • Pretty easy to work with; also a way to make it renter friendly
Item Package Quantity: 10 Color: Blue
We used this for an upgrade to our laundry room. The pros: it looks pretty good from a short distance, with ridges to give it a little dimension; it is easy to cut with a sharp exacto knife; there's a removable protective film on the front, so you can mark it to measure on either side; and it's a lot cheaper and less messy than actual tile and grout. The cons: up close you can tell it's not real tile; and it's hard to cut along the grout at the exact same width every time, so that when bricks are pieced together, you can sometimes tell the places where it's been pieced. Also note that I did not move the washer/dryer to install this, so it was more difficult than it would have been for a backsplash over kitchen cabinets or on an unobstructed wall. General advice about the project: the bottom of our cabinets are not perfectly level (see 3rd photo) so it took me a couple of tries to figure out the best way to get everything straight -- I ended up using a level to draw a line level with the grout under the first row of bricks at the lowest point, then I lined all the other pieces up such that all the grout is level with that line. (I couldn't draw a level line at the top.) Also, we are not renters, but because I mess up some of my DIY projects, I first put up leftover peel and stick wallpaper, stapled it at the corners, and then stuck all the tile to that. So if we decide to take it down, it shouldn't damage the wall. If this process ends up not working after a year, I will revise this review (although not the rating because it probably won't be the tile's fault). ***April 5, 2023: Since the original review from March 29, 2022, nothing has changed. No peeling, no problems. I remain happy with the appearance and the product. ... show more

  • Easy to use without power tools
Item Package Quantity: 10 Color: Warm White With Grey Grout
I purchased this tile to use as a kitchen backsplash until I get around to installing new countertops. I put them up in mid July 2022; photos attached are from January 2023, but nothing's changed. I did not have a backsplash previously, so these were placed directly on the drywall. They definitely don't feel real, but guests have thought I learned how to tile when seeing it up, not realizing it's a peel and stick vinyl. I like to bake a lot and use the range quite often. It's also often getting splashed with water from the sink. Over a year later, I have not had any issues with peeling or yellowing. Where there's been yellowing is from caulking when I last worked on the countertops. The tile itself still looks the same as when I installed. The paint originally was pretty flat, so the adhesive is pretty stuck on there. I expect due to this when I do finally remove them, I will damage the wall. I put some of the left over tiles on the wall inside a bathroom vanity, and since that is a semigloss, I had an easier time pulling the tile off to adjust than I did in the kitchen. These are very easy to cut; I mostly used scissors, but a utility knife works fine as well. I have a vinyl floor tile cutter, and decided to try that to get as perfect of a straight line possible, but this tile is not sturdy enough to be cut using it and tended to just bend. The blade would then rough up the front of the tile. Overall, it has been good. There is only one spot above the stove top that doesn't sit quite flush on the wall, but it has been that way since install as I didn't get the tiles lined up exactly right and is my fault. I had worried that area would be an issue later on, but it hasn't changed either. The tiles are also still bright white, and are easy to clean up if something splatters on it. ... show more

  • Warning — color match problem
Item Package Quantity: 10 Color: Cold White with White Grout
I don’t often write reviews, but I did want to warn prospective purchasers of a potentially serious problem with color matching.. I chose Stickgoo because of the heavier gauge and extra adhesion. They are, in fact, of good quality and look very much like the ‘real thing’ — but I discovered well into my project that the colors are inconsistent from box to box. It’s not that evident on the horizontal as you’re cutting them, but it becomes glaringly obvious as you put them up side by side. (It’s a little less pronounced in real life than in the photo, probably because of the lighting — but you get the idea.) I hadn’t even thought to be alert to this possibility, assuming that a product designed to simulate real tile on a large expanse of wall would of course be of uniform color. I initially tried to work around it, putting the non-matching tiles in unobtrusive areas, but it kept happening. Finally, frustrated and angry, I just scrapped the entire project (which involved a LOT of cutting around irregular edges), took a deep breath, and started over with another product. I chose SmartTiles, and have since happily completed my backsplash! SmartTiles are well-reviewed and are Canada-based in case there are any quality-control issues (there were none). And, they are much easier to cut and maneuver because of the thinner gauge — a real plus and something to keep in mind if you are working around odd shapes or on older construction that might not be exactly square. ... show more

  • Warm Grey
I purchased the warm grey subway tile for my kitchen it's lovely. I have received so many compliments that it looks like real porcelain subway tile and I'm told the warm grey looks almost like a sage color. Can anyone tell me when this color will be back in stock. Love to purchase more for another project. Thanks ... show more
