Ski goggles have come a long way since I first started skiing in the 1990s. I’ve been wanting a pair of frameless, mirrorless goggles for a long time but was either turned off by the price or the company logo on the strap. I could not believe how nice these were for $9.99, especially coming with a storage case and bag which also doubles as a cleaning cloth. Even worn over a mask, I’ve never had any issues with these fogging up. The lenses do snap off and on easily enough. I wish the seller would offer lenses in different colors. Heads up that I received this through the Amazon Vine program. Ive been due replacement goggles for a while and balk at the prices of some brands. I decided to give these a try after seeing some good reviews of people wearing them in their living rooms. I field tested these at Mt Hood in Oregon, and the short story is that these goggles are EXCELLENT and especially so at the $10 price point. In the package is the hard case, soft case and the goggles (incl the blue lens). When i tried these on in my living room i found the fit around my eyes to be quite tight, and especially on the cheek bones, so these may well fit a smaller head better then mine. After 5 minutes of skiing in them the fit just felt comfortable and i wasnt aware of any pressure. The headband has the annoying trait (all brands seem to do this) of putting the buckle at the back which interferes with that little flap on the helmet that will hold onto the goggle in the event of a "yardsale" type crash. The strap also has some sticky rubber lines inside it which is great on a helmet but might not be good on say, hair. There are 10 magnets holding the lens on, and its tight. I didnt have any issue while skiing. Infact its a little difficult to remove the lens without resorting to deforming the goggles (which spring back into shape). I found i could pull the lens off when lifting the goggle off of my face while wearing my helmet, i think this deformed the goggles becasue i had the strap at full extension and i had to pull fairly hard. I added a picture of the "outside" of the goggle when attached to a gormless man, and a picture of the inside looking out to give an idea of the colour of the lenses. I found them to give a brilliant clear image when skiing in the sun. The contrast went away when clouds came over, and i had to slow down a bit. Im hoping there are other lenses available to quickly swap when this happens again. I was unable to make my goggles fog up by holding my jacket over my nose. I could see the mist momentarily along the bottom of the lenses, but it vanished just as quick as it formed. It may be worth testing this on a wet day, my test was done on a cold and sunny day. As others have mentioned, the case is excellent and worth the price of it all just on its own. Summary is that these are really excellent and worth every penny of $10. I enjoyed skiing in them and may buy more before market forces drive the price up. ... show more

For the price (especially at $20 or less) this is a fine pair of bargain goggles. My family ski every year, and we find we are regularly replacing gear like gloves and goggles for the kids. These are ideal for the kids because they are perfectly decent, look stylish, fit narrower faces best—and are very affordable. If you ski/board you know "name brand" gears with high-end (sic) features can go close to $200. These are not the equivalent of $200 googles from <brand>. These ARE the equivalent of perfectly usable and reasonably stylish gas-station subglasses. They are well designed and adequately made; just don't expect the foam to last forever over the lenses to be highly scratch-resistant. Neither has evinced any problem, but, neither is there evidence of premium materials. These specific goggles do not have vents, either fixed-open or adjustable; all ventilation is through the foam. The strap should be long enough for most helmets but seems a bit short—that plus the fact that the contour makes them best fit kids' or narrower faces, makes me think they might best be considered "for tweens and teens." The case is as others have commented, quite a nice and unusual touch. Smartly, it's mesh-backed, which means the inevitable permeating moisture from sweat/snow has a chance to dry out while the lenses are still protected. The included thin fabric bag we kept to further protect the lenses. These ARE stylish, the lens-to-the-edge look everyone quite liked; the mirror finish is even; the opacity was a good light-medium protection and while the color is not new-fangled "color enhancement" and the lenses are not polarized as far as can discern, visibility was not an issue in a variety of light from bluebird to flat light. That said—we must take the manufacturer at their word when they say these are UV coated. We haven't experience eye fatigue but caveat emptor. Said it in the headline but worth reiterating: I always forget my seldom-worn contacts so goggles that fit (and comfortably) over glasses are a treasure. These are NOT those; I could not make them work over my medium-to-wide rectangular acetate frames. Oh well. Fortunately neither kid wears glasses. ... show more

These showed up crammed in a little box, thought they were trashed. Was wrong. Very well packaged. They come with both a hard case and soft case. Magnetic lens is a nice touch. Would be great if I could find different lenses for these- hence the 4-star review. I thought the whole purpose of magnetic lenses was to be able to swap out quickly for different weather. I am do not wear glasses so I cant comment on that. They fit a little tight on my cheeks, I have an average size head (wear a size L helmet). Would probably be great for a teen. ... show more

These things are humongus. I got them for my 11 year old who is the size of an adult but they are bigger than his head. Even if an adult male bought these they are very full coverage. Make sure you need a lot of protection if you buy these. The band is soft and the color is nice.
