My son ordered a pair of these sunglasses first. I was half amused and half intrigued in the beginning. Amused at the FLASH and intrigued by the quality and look. I admit I inwardly worried whether I could pull off wearing super flashy flat lens aviators myself (I'm certainly not a teenager) BUT...when my own favorite pair of aviators broke (which I realized were only slightly less flashy ha!), I began to look around for a replacement. I kept trying on my son's pair (the blue/green lenses with a purply tint from the inside looking out) and ended up ordering the pink/gold pair for myself. I couldn't resist trying! My first pair arrived and I really loved the look. The pink lenses are super pretty! Unfortunately, the right lens was loose and I had some hesitations otherwise also: namely, the inner side of the lenses is quite reflective so "side-sun" is an issue, as is just general reflection of things behind you depending on the lighting etc. Also the nose pads are sticky feeling. And, if I'm honest, I think the tint from the inside looking out is a smidge too blue and a hair's breath too dark for my "perfect" pair. BUT... after thinking about it some and looking at a few other pairs locally, I decided to return the original pair and re-order in hopes that my second try would get me a pair with no issues. Thankfully the lenses were intact this time. The other issues are still present (reflection from the inside, sticky nose pads, blue tinge) but, I do so love the look of them so, I'm keeping them! What can I say? This time I chose pretty over practical, form over function! These do their job to reduce the intensity of sunlight, but I could wish a few of the issues I mentioned were not present. Another note: My return took a bit to be processed and I noticed that I seem to have been shorted somewhere in the neighborhood of 35 cents... obviously not the end of the world, but I have yet to understand why that happened. ... show more

Well made and a good look, however they are very straight with no curve or contour towards your face. Just didn’t feel comfortable the way they sat on my face.

Very happy with this purchase. Waaay better quality than expected. First off, the sunglasses feel substantial. They aren’t thin and wirey if that makes sense. They don’t feel fragile. Next, they’re extremely comfortable. I didn’t have to adjust anything. No headache because they’re pinching behind my ears, no marks because they’re too tight on the nose. Perfect fit. Lastly, they’re truly mirrored. A lot of times the pic will make them look mirrored but you get them and they’re just blue or something. Oh! Also! I’m in and out at work all day so I’m constantly buffing the lenses of my old sunglasses with my shirt because they’ll get smudged from putting them on the top of my head and putting them back on. These don’t smudge! Like barely at all. I can’t believe it. Bottom line? Good product. ... show more
