This my fourth pair. They are comfortable and light weight. Downside: the back of shoe will collapse after several months. Meaning you will need a shoehorn to put them on eventually. The tread also wears out relatively fast. But still, they are pretty good for the price.

I just had hip replacement surgery, to compound my situation-I suffer with stage three RA (I discharged from the hospital 30 hrs after surgery) It took me 2&1/2 hrs @ 26 degrees to get to my garage. I called the ambulance to get me back to the hospital (90 miles away) I was a mess. I knew I’d require shoes that I could slip on and off. Knowing how well made and the high quality materials Skechers uses in their shoes, I was glad to see that they had 14EE , Amazon’s “Try before you buy” program was perfect for my situation. These are without a doubt the most comfortable and Well made shoes I could have selected. I’ll be unable to lace up boots or bend for the next year. I’m Very Grateful to Amazon for the “Try before you buy” and the extremely High Quality of Skechers -both Craftsmanship and Materials. - A note- if you have severe RA ,think Hard before you commit to Joint replacement. ... show more
