Great buy and affordable price point. Shipping package was sturdy and appropriate. Ease of assembly and instructions were straight forward. The design fits nicely with our home esthetics, keeping things fresh looking and unlike a litter box which is great. Our 2 cats adjusted relatively quickly. The cleaning cycle cleans efficiently and effectively leaving the room without any nasty odors. We clean out the waste bin every 2 days roughly for a 2 cat household. The waste bin is easy to clean and the litter is easy to refill. Another bonus is that the unit is quiet. The light system signaling tells you when it is about to go into cleaning mode. Makes for a great nightlight for Kitty 😺 also. The only suggestion I have is that I wish the cleaning grates were made of stainless steel or metal instead of plastic. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. THIS WAS MONEY WELL SPENT THAT ALLEVIATES MULTIPLE DAILY LITTER MANUAL CLEANINGS!

I’ve had this for two months and it works perfectly. I never smell cat waste even when the waste bag is full. It’s super easy to change the bag and add littler. I had no problems getting my kitten to use it. It’s a very nice design, it’s also smaller than a lot of the self cleaning litter boxes (in the best way). When you get it the box it’s a little heavy, but after it’s out it’s very manageable. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for a self cleaning litter box.

I ordered the Nafcefi Automatic Cat Litter Box. The Order arrived promptly in 6 days. After setting the litter box up and using it a short time, I noticed that I had received the Elspet Smart Cat Litter Box, but it looked the same as the picture of the one I ordered. It came with 2 bags of Els Pet Mixed Cat Litter. I used that litter first. The litter box was easy to set up and start using, even though the user manual was not the easiest to understand. However, one should not let that discourage them, because the unit is user friendly and soon I had figured it all out. Be sure not to push the door on the entry in. Setting up the App was quick and easy. I already had a Neakasa M1 Automatic Litter Box. The Neakasa is a well-built unit. The main problem for me with the Neakasa is that all of my four cats will not use it and I have had it for some time now. I give it five stars, but I prefer the Elspet litter box over the Neakasa because (1) my cats prefer the Elspet and they all use it almost exclusively (I still have 2 regular litter boxes on standby), (2) it controls the odor better, (3) the litter tracking and scattering outside the litter box is much less (the Neakasa is open top), (4) I like the lighting system on the Elspet which gives important information, (4) it is easy to check the waste bin on the Elspet (just open the lid on the back), (5) the Elspet has a UV sterilization light which automatically turns on and off (you can adjust the time it stays on), and for other reasons I cannot think of now. I prefer the Neakasa App, but the Elspet App works great also. I used the Elspet litter that cam with the box first. However, it was expensive, and the cats were not using it a lot. I decided to try another highly rated litter, Dr. Elsey’s Ultra. The cats immediately began to use the litter box more. However, the litter quickly formed large clumps many of which stuck to the bottom of the letter pan. The rake would stick on those clumps and return to its original position without removing the litter. I then tried Purina Tidy Cats Lightweight Free and Clean, Unscented Litter. It works great. The cats are happy and I am happy. Remember to make sure the litter pan and the sand leak pedestal are properly inserted. If the litter pan is not pushed in all the way, it will block the rake.

I researched a lot of robo litter boxes and between the great price by comparison (got for $300 compared the the absurd $500+ price for most others) and the issues that "rotating drum" boxes (fecal smearing as the drum roles, no door that closes during cleaning, no UV antibacterial post cleaning) this is why I settled on this one. Has worked great thus far (I've had it for less than 30 days). Quiet, quick in cleaning, safe for my cats. App is great for tracking everything and even with 2 cats I'm finding I only need to empty maybe twice a week. DO NOT let people complaining and whining about any "smell". ALL cat boxes will suffer from a little of that. Its just common sense. You can adjust the time for how low long the cleaning rake takes to remove the waste AND frankly on the rare occasion there's a lingering little odor, just spray a little "Nature's miracle", PROBLEM SOVED. Very happy, would recommend, and you also get to snap fun "SPACE CATS" pics! "The CATNIP MUST FLOW!" or if you prefer "OPEN THE LITTER BAY DOORS, HAL" 4500+
