It definitely took me many attempts to get this to look right! I would say the 1st, 15 times it looked ridiculous! This is my 1st time ever having to wear something like this. I lost a ton of hair due to a recent hair color event. I took a wig comb and spent some TLC combing it and took a few deep breath after taking a break and just over an hour later I finally got it to work. I do need to wear a head band with it because I don't think it looks right without something. Maybe a few more days and it will. I don't know how the 30$ ones look but I would hate to find out. The color was more yellow than the blond in the photo and the "part" was not straight, looked sewn cheaply. Hair otherwise is human and I'll work with it but costs too much for the quality.

I like how soft my hair topper feels & the color matched up so well with my natural hair. My only complaint is it comes with 4 clips to secure it in place & it needs 1 possibly 2 more sewed in a little more towards the back & back side to help it feel more secure in that area since the other 4 clips are more towards the front & front sides. ... show more

First,Do Not hesitate to purchase this topper!! Absolutely beautiful hair topper. This is my second topper that I purchased since I left a professional salon that was taping and glueing wigs to my head and destroyed the top of my hair to the point I have many bald spots. This topper completely covers the damaged area. I also love the color, it blends right in my own natural hair. I will definitely purchase more toppers from this company and from other companies. I, must say, this topper really suprised me though. I took it out the box and placed it on my head to see what difference it would make and I was blown away. I am so glad I have this option and I don’t have to pay $ 4500 again for a professional stylist and salon to glue wigs to my head. Trust me, that was so painful going through but these toppers, I just place it where I want it, clip and forget it. It is very lightweight and it does not move when I bend over even though I can’t clip the from clip because I have no hair left there to clip it too!! Good density/quality and feels like real hair and color does blend well with my natural hair color; however, I do agree with Mrs. Smith that the part looks fake in the front but I guess I have to play with it some more and have it sit further back and blend it better with my natural hair. It is just difficult if you have thinning hair around the hairline and a bunch of baby hairs. I probably have to wait until it grows out a bit so I can create a braid or something to hide the part or tease the hair around the part. I went to the store near my house the hair topper is $168 but it has more volume. This one from Amazon is nice for the money but looks fake because it’s too flat and the hair divider is too wide looks like I am loosing hair. That defeats the purpose to make my hair thicker with hair topper.
